It penetrates the finest pores and rust particles and gives anchorage to the pure metal surfaces. It dries to a solid isolating film, embedding rust in its substance and bonding the rust back to the surface and encapsulating it with a smooth 99% pore-free skin which can then be over-coated. When used as directed sealant will stop future under-film corrosion.

Directions for use:
  • Use direct from container
  • DO NOT THIN
  • Can be applied by conventional or airless spray gun, brush, roller or pump up air applicator.
  • Remove loose / flaking materials
  • Apply rich coat of sealant.
  • Apply second coat for pitted surfaces
  • Dries to a semi gloss coat
  • Touch dry in 2 hours
  • Ready for use in 6 hours
  • Clean up equipment with mineral spirits or stronger
Warning:
  • Use in well ventilated spaces
  • Wear rubber gloves & eye protection where splashing could occur
First Aid:
  • Swallowed: lie on the side to allow saliva flow. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Drink milk or water.
  • Eye: Irrigate continuously with water for 15 minutes
  • Skin: remove excess with clean cloth containing white spirits, then wash thoroughly with soap & warm water.
  • Seek medical advice.
